18U has been working with young survivors for over 25 years. Our charity was started by survivors and many of our workers and volunteers have experienced various forms of abuse and know how important it is to provide the best possible service to young people and children.
Our support is free of charge (we can even pay for your travel in most circumstances) and is highly confidential. We can offer support -

in personWe offer face to face support in and around Tayside (and sometimes further). We can meet you in our offices or a public place by arrangement. You can also drop in for support without an appointment anytime that we are open. (opening times include evenings and weekends but do vary so it's best to get in touch for up to date opening hours)
