Eighteen And Under (18U) and Dundee City Council (DCC) for many years worked in partnership. We have enjoyed successful joint projects and created joint publications. In recent years however DCC has adopted a position of refusal to work with 18U. The documents below provide a full accounting to the formal reasons behind this.
